About

We exist for the people with the idea.

Macroshifts started because too many great ideas die in a notes app — stuck between a founder who can see it and the team, plan, and capital it takes to make it real. We're the bridge.

Our story

A studio, not a vendor.

We spent years inside agencies and venture funds watching the same gap: consultants who'd write a strategy but never build it, dev shops who'd build whatever you asked but never question it, and investors who only showed up once the risk was gone.

So we built the thing we wished existed — one team that sits with a founder from the first rough sentence, shapes it into a plan, engineers the product, keeps it running, and stands beside them when it's time to raise. We win when you do.

That's a macroshift: the moment an idea stops being a hope and becomes a company.

What we believe

Four principles we don't bend.

01

Truth over flattery

If the idea won't work, you'll hear it from us first — early, when it's cheap to change course.

02

Skin in the game

We take equity because we believe in the outcome, not just the invoice. Your win is our win.

03

Senior hands only

The people who plan your product are the ones who build it. No hand-offs to a junior bench.

04

Ship, then learn

Real products in front of real users beat perfect decks every time. We move, measure, adjust.

The team

Builders, strategists, and one ex-VC.

The journey

Nine years of shifts.

From a two-person consultancy to a full venture studio.

2017

The first shift

Two founders leave their agency jobs to build products they actually believe in.

2019

From building to backing

We take equity in our first client instead of a fee — and Macroshifts becomes a studio.

2022

The operate layer

We add managed IT so the products we ship keep running and growing after launch.

2026

40+ companies later

A portfolio of founders we've taken from idea to funded — and we're just getting started.

Think we'd get along?

We'd love to hear what you're building. The first conversation is always free.
