Pre-revenue

Pre-Series A
Revenue and momentum — we scale ops, harden the platform, and route warm introductions to seed/A funds.
Studio Partner — fee plus equity.
Most early-stage founders engage us on a Studio Partner basis: a reduced cash fee plus a small equity stake. We win when you win — which means the team building your product genuinely needs the company to succeed.
For shorter engagements (validation, MVP only, or one specific service), we also run fixed-scope Sprints — quoted per project after a short discovery call.
