What you'll do

  • Own the relationship with 4–6 portfolio founders at any one time
  • Run weekly syncs, send the weekly status note, surface risks before they become problems
  • Manage the SOW + change-order paperwork
  • Be the founder's advocate inside the studio, and the studio's advocate to the founder
  • Help spot when an engagement should expand — or wind down

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of account management at an agency, studio, or B2B SaaS
  • Comfort with senior conversations — founders, CTOs, CFOs — and translating between them
  • A bias toward written, async, and clear communication
  • Calm under conflicting priorities
