What you'll do
- Own the relationship with 4–6 portfolio founders at any one time
- Run weekly syncs, send the weekly status note, surface risks before they become problems
- Manage the SOW + change-order paperwork
- Be the founder's advocate inside the studio, and the studio's advocate to the founder
- Help spot when an engagement should expand — or wind down
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of account management at an agency, studio, or B2B SaaS
- Comfort with senior conversations — founders, CTOs, CFOs — and translating between them
- A bias toward written, async, and clear communication
- Calm under conflicting priorities
