Help the studio's investment partner evaluate portfolio companies, prep them for raises, and make warm intros stick.

NewHybrid · LondonPre-seed & seed

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain the studio's investor relationship CRM
  • Run diligence on portfolio companies preparing to raise — financials, market sizing, comps
  • Coordinate the warm-intro pipeline across angels, pre-seed, and seed funds
  • Help shape pitch decks alongside the founders before they go out
  • Track post-raise metrics and surface portfolio insights to the partners

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in venture, banking, M&A, or a strong startup ops role
  • Comfort with financial models — not a CFA, but you can build a defensible bottom-up SAM
  • Sharp writing and slide craft — you'll be editing decks more than building them
  • Network instincts and a willingness to grow one

What you get

  • Equity in what the studio ships — a carry pool across every portfolio company we help raise
  • Six weeks paid leave + local public holidays + your birthday off
  • A real annual learning budget — no approvals
  • Top-decile health, dental, and mental-health cover
  • Senior-only team. The people who plan are the people who build.

How we hire

One studio call (45 min), one paid craft conversation, and an offer within 48 hours of the final round — or honest feedback. No coding gauntlets. The full process is on the careers page.
