What you'll do
- Track delivery across every active engagement, weekly
- Run a lightweight prioritisation cadence with engineering and design leads
- Spot resource conflicts a week before they hit, not the morning of
- Be the studio's historian — keep playbooks, retros, and lessons-learned accessible
- Bring discipline to incident response across managed engagements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of TPM, EM, or senior PM work in a fast-moving engineering org
- Strong systems thinking — you build processes that survive without your daily presence
- Comfort with engineering tooling (Linear, GitHub, etc.) and reading the actual PRs to gauge progress
- Calm, even in studio crunch weeks
